Soprano
Australian Soprano Helena Dix studied at the RAM and
represented Australia in The BBC Cardiff Singer of the
World 2005.
Major operatic credits include La Bohème and
Der Rosenkavalier (Opera Australia), Li-Li in
Jonathan Dove’s Greed (Glyndebourne),
Rosalinde Die Fledermaus (Scottish Opera) and
Fiordiligi Cosi fan tutte (Opera Project).
Concert credits include Messiah (Royal Melbourne
Philharmonic), Carmina Burana and Verdi
Requiem (RAH), Creation (St John’s
Smith Square), and Beethoven 9th Symphony (RPO)
and Creation (Dartington/Mackerras).
Engagements in 2010/2011 include Wagner Liebestod
in concert with the London Arts Orchestra, Flowermaiden
Parsifal (ENO), Donna Anna Don Giovanni
(Opera Project), Verdi Requiem (Gloucester
Cathedral and the Barbican), War Requiem (Ripon
Cathedral) and Brahms Requiem in Wokingham.
