Learn to Sing within a group environment
The benefit of this course, is that you learn
within a group, which makes it easier and less daunting.
New to Singing?
There are many people, maybe like you, who would love to sing.
Most of them never get around to it, don't have the opportunity or
maybe are too self-conscious to give it a go.
The simple fact is that just about everyone can sing. This free
Learn to Sing course will help you to discover your voice and gain
confidence.
Also, there's no need to worry about reading music, the simple
teaching methods will help.
Have you sung before?
Maybe it's a few years since you have sung, if so, this course is
the perfect way to ease your vocal chords back into action.
If you are a regular singer you may find the course useful to
learn different voice parts, in a relaxed and friendly
environment.
Would you like to harmonise?
You will be introduced to 4 part harmony, a form of singing that
is exciting, enjoyable and stimulating.

Recent Press Comments
Messiah "Whenever
Handel's Messiah is performed, it is always a great event and this
evening was no exception. The members of Wokingham Choral Society,
under their conductor, Alexander Chaplin, rose to the occasion
with some well-rehearsed and beautiful singing."
'SUMMERTIME....'
Music for a summer's evening "The Society's ability to
embrace widely diverse musical styles with such panache is quite
remarkable. Their self assurance was underlined as members of the
choir confidently stepped forward to sing the solos where
required."
St John Passion "The
opening chorus was a firm appeal for heavenly inspiration and it
was sung with a sweeping smoothness, the subsequent chorales were
neat and, in Who Has Hit You?, there was a balanced, legato
lament. The well-rehearsed singing, continued through the whole
performance."
'On Christmas night'
"Their reflective singing of Berlioz' The Shepherd's Farewell
was beautiful, well-balanced and smooth."
